Whole grains are complex carbohydrate and a rich source of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. These complex carbohydrates take longer to digest, thereby providing a steady supply of energy throughout the day, and limiting the amount of sugar that gets converted into fat.

Why Flaxseeds?

Flaxseeds are one of the best sources of Omega-3 fatty acids, which cannot be made by the body and must be provided by diet.
