Finally sleep at night!
Rutaesomn is a sleep aid that kicks caffeine out before bed.
Do you have sleeping trouble? Did you know that one cup of coffee will stay in your system for ten to fifteen hours? And two cups of coffee in the morning is like drinking a half-cup right before bed? Along with caffeine’s natural stimulant effects, it can stop the release of your body’s natural melatonin. Rutaesomn was formulated to safely speed up the body’s naturally occurring enzyme that metabolizes caffeine. Kicking caffeine out will allow for a restful sleep without the lingering stimulant effects of the day’s caffeine in your body.
Other sleep aids induce a drowsiness that will battle with caffeine’s stimulant effects in your body, which can have mixed results. Rutaesomn specifically kicks caffeine out of your system, allowing your body to put itself to sleep naturally. In fact, the only thing Rutaesomn does is eliminate caffeine from your body. This means that if you do not consume caffeine during the week, Rutaesomn will not work for you.
One cup of coffee stays in your system for 10-15 hours! So, two cups of coffee in the morning is like drinking a half-cup right before bed. Along with caffeine’s natural stimulant effects, it can stop the release of your body’s natural melatonin. Rutaesomn simply speeds up the body’s naturally occurring enzyme that metabolizes caffeine.

Where does Rutaesomn come from?
The active ingredient in Rutaesomn® (rutaecarpine) was found in the Evodia fruit by a father son pharmacist team and their alma mater, University of the Pacific Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy. They spent 2 years of laboratory research and exhaustive reviews on existing studies of rutaecarpine and its effects. They created Rutaesomn at a purity and dose that increases the activity of the naturally occurring enzyme that breaks down caffeine in your body (CYP1A2). They also avoided doses in existing studies with different pharmacological effects. In some studies rutaecarpine has been found to decrease caffeine levels by up to 71%. Caffeine reduction starts at 2 hours and peaks at 4 hours. This is why it is important to take Rutaesomn 2 to 4 hours prior to bed.
