Directions


Salmon or halibut fillets, 1" thick, useSmoky Salmon Rub & Olive Oil. Preheat your oven to 400°. Preheat on ovenproof skillet to medium heat. Season the fish with Smoky Salmon Rub. Add some olive oil and pat into the spices. Brown the spice side of the fish for 2 min. Turn the fish to the skin side. Put into the oven and roast for 6 min. Garnish with fresh lemon and parsley.
