Italian Bread Rolls: Preheat oven to 450 F. Grease a cookie sheet and set aside. Mix together the yeast and water and let sit for 5 minutes. Add the salt and flour and beat on high speed. Spoon the batter onto the cookie sheet. Brush the tops with egg/water wash. Let rise 15 to 25 minutes. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
